Northwoods Quilt Camp Policies
1. You are responsible for your deposit and balance, we do not send out notices!! To reserve a spot in a future camp you must have a deposit down with your name.
2. Please write down the date and year you are coming to camp on your check memo.
3. Balances are due on or before 6 weeks prior to your camp, if late a $20.00 late fee will be charged. If you have to cancel you will get a refund, if notified at least 6 weeks before your camp.
4. If canceling within 6 weeks prior to camp you may move your deposit one time within the same year, after that you will not get your deposit back.
5. We cannot save future camps for anyone, new dates are on our web site, when we have them check often to hold you a spot with a deposit.
6. We cannot save a certain room at the Inn if someone has already requested it. Put down your room number you like and we will do our best. Do not ask to be put into the same room as last year, we do not know what it was.
7. If you have questions concerning rooms or an extra day contact us, not the Inn.
8. We do not give out recipes, we publish a new recipe monthly on our web site. If you have a favorite we will put it on the web site.
We have been able to keep our prices down because the Inn has given the Quilters special rates.
If you please follow these policies it will help with less book work for me, thus keeping the price down also
